Neighborhood House welcomed some special guests at our main site this morning as Mayor Tom Barrett and Commissioner of Health Bevan K. Baker stopped by to share the importance of getting a flu shot this fall. They then rolled up their sleeves alongside Executive Director Jeff Martinka to receive their shots! NH staff, ILC students, youth, and other community members also lined up to protect themselves this flu season by receiving their free flu shots.

We had a fantastic turnout this year, and want to thank Mayor Barrett, Commissioner of Health Bevan K. Baker, and the City of Milwaukee Health Department for coming together to make this event possible!
